Broke through the plateau

This is incredible.  I haven’t seen this type of weight for a while now.   I feel so good.

I went for a 1+3 run (where I actually ran 3 miles) today.  This is a lte weigh in mind you.

When I left which was t 12:15 I weighed in at 268.2.  That itself is great.

I got back into the house at 1:30, check it out below.  This renews my chances of making 250 by Oct 20.

That’s six and a half weeks.  Doable if today’s weight is where I really am at.  To be honest, I think it should be higher.

I think I got the right weight

So I have a schedule to keep.  Basically I want to be 250 by Oct 20th (actually Oct 23 but I want it a little sooner)

In order to stay on schedule I need to be 260 in less than 3 weeks (16 days).

I am certainly behind schedule, but right now, its still possible.

As promised, I was going to weigh myself when I got home.  But it is not official.  Sad thing is that this feels like my weight.

Forgot to weigh in this morning

Well I worked out in the gym this morning.  I got up early, but forgot to weigh in.

Schedule is out of the norm for me.

Anyway… will weigh in tonight but will not be an official weight.

Side effects of the vitamins I am taking

I ran out of the Centrum multivitamin I was taking and started taking this newer multivitamin meant for male atheletes.

So let me start with the good

I feel better, I certainly feel sharper during the day.  During my workouts I feel I can go longer

No that bad

My pee… its green.  I stopped it for a day, and it returned to normal.  So it must be the vitamins.  I looked it up and got this page

“A brighter green color is an indication of an excess of B vitamins.”

Yup 3000% of daily requirements.

Its green like those chemical lights you use during Halloween.

The other side effect, I think it changes my body odor.  I know scent can be subjective, but I do feel stinker.

On a side note, those protein shakes I take,  I feel like they are helping.  But since I have started taking them I don’t think I lost a pound consistently.

Delayed workout today

I can tell my weight really does fluctuate when I workout in the morning.  Anyway, I did not workout this morning because my kids started school.

I still weighed in and was heavier than expected.

In the afternoon I did run a 1+3, I actually ran mostly 3 miles.  But I did notice when I started, I felt heavy.  I wonder if the best conditions for me to run in is in the afternoon when I am hungry.

When I did weigh in this evening, I was certainly heavy. 270

But my official weight is from this morning.

Morning workouts do change weight

Looks like when I weigh in does matter.  Also I do feel like I am getting less bloated.

In the past 2 months I have been weighing in after my morning workout.  Yesterday was an exception, I weighed myself before my workout because I was going to work out in the gym.  That was pretty high 275.2

Today, I worked out at home by running two miles, and weighed myself after my workout, which I still prefer to do, and that seems more in line of what I think I should weigh.

Also, I would like to note it is a new month, september, I am going to say 2 mile run is now the norm.

Weight doesn’t seem right

So I weighed in the morning, it is hard to believe I gained so much in 2 days. 

I will write this one off as bloat.

I weighed in before I worked out because I went on the treadmill at work.  I am posting this after my workout and I did burn 890 calories.

Will see, don’t be too shocked at the weight.

I tried running that park route but there were a whole bunch of people going in the opposite direction.

Visiting Canada so no weigh in

But I am working out.  Ran that route around the park I mentioned about the last time I was here.  Did it twice.

So the entire workout was composed nearly 5 miles.

The interesting thing is that the route seems a lot easier to run then last time.  Can it be that my legs are truly getting stronger?  This is certainly proof that it is.
