I don’t know if it was the good sleep or a good meal the night before (I did kind of eat more than usual but not till I was full) but I had a good run this morning. I think this is the fastest I have run my mile since I started this blog. I may start wearing a watch to track my mile.
Anyway feeling good about myself. Weight is disappointing but I didn’t expect it to stay low.
