I did an early morning run of 1 and 1/2 laps while walking the final 1/2 lap. It was tough to get my body going. Also I have a gym workout this afternoon.
I am looking to see if I can fit it into my schedule on Tuesdays and Fridays since I drive to work. I would also like to work out in the morning on Thursdays.
Still need to work on my marathon training schedule. Maybe I will hit it this weekend.
If I can keep my weight under 250 after tomorrow’s workout, then I would say I am officially back to the shape I was in early December. It is amazing that it took 4 months to completely heal. I have no more excuses.
