Whoa, after accomplishing some major I needed a little bit of wind down.
This one was well deserved.
My body kind of needed a break but more so my mind. After a crazy day yesterday, I needed a breather. So I jogged a slow 1 lap and walked another.
Feeling real good. Think about this, so far this month I have weight over 250 twice. I feel something special.
