Gym workout is not so bad

I worked out in the gym today.  I was expecting a rough workout because I had such excellent workouts the past few days, so I thought I was on the tired low side of things.  But what got me through was the excellent sleep I have had the past few days.

I guess the triangle of Workout – Nutrition – Rest does matter.

I am surprised at my weight as well, thought it would be higher.
