What a day, I started the day off with a flat in my car, that made me late at work which caused my workout to start late.
But it was a busy day. So busy I did not eat lunch. I did have a decent workout, but boy did I really need some energy and maybe even some protein.
Next week is Good Friday which will mean I will fast anyway. Today was a good dry run. I may switch my workout shedule next week a bit.
