Notice that the past few days I have been posting late. This was posted 3/18 but this is for the 3/17.
Well let me explain why, seems that I have had a ton of things to do. The whole life happens thing is happening.
Been working on documentation and a project, stuff at work, a lot of things.
So it all came to head today (3/17), last night I could not sleep till 4:30AM, so when I finally got to work, I was so burned out. Then it was a busy day, pushing me more.
Some of it was physical (staying up), but it was mostly mental. So I did a super light workout, just pushups and situps. Then went to bed early. Tomorrow and Friday will be light days too.
