Easiest 1000 calorie workout

I don’t recall having such an easy time burning 1000 calories.

After today’s workout, I feel I could do more.  Shoot 1500 is in the realm of possibility.

Here is what I did

  • Treadmill 20 min at 4.5mph on a 4 incline = 360 Calories
  • Elliptical 12 min = 167 Calories
  • Bike 15 min = 188 Calories
  • Elliptical 12 min = 165 Calories
  • Treadmill 15 min 4.2mph on a 4 incline = 254 Calories

Total 1134

Oh Yeah, check out my weight.  This is promising.
