I don’t recall having such an easy time burning 1000 calories.
After today’s workout, I feel I could do more. Shoot 1500 is in the realm of possibility.
Here is what I did
- Treadmill 20 min at 4.5mph on a 4 incline = 360 Calories
- Elliptical 12 min = 167 Calories
- Bike 15 min = 188 Calories
- Elliptical 12 min = 165 Calories
- Treadmill 15 min 4.2mph on a 4 incline = 254 Calories
Total 1134
Oh Yeah, check out my weight. This is promising.
