The Hardest Part of a workout is the beginning

Today I did a 1000 calorie workout.  One thing I noticed is that the tough part is starting, after the first 10 or 15 minutes I feel committed and the rest of the workout goes smoothly.

Here was today’s workout

Elliptical 163 calories 12 minutes
Treadmill 306 calories 15 minutes 5MPH 5 Incline
Bike 240 Calories 20 minutes
Treadmill 169 15min 3.6MPH 4 incline
Elliptical 154 Calories 12 minutes

All at a weight of 250

But my weight today was actually

Weight: 252.6
