Some workouts I cannot do

I was supposed to run today but got home late and tried out a new aerobic video and noticed something, there are some workouts my body just can not do.

What’s even more weird is that I can do it on one side of my body and struggle with the other side.  I do noticed that one of my weaknesses is is my left knee.  Also another thing is my thighs (they are grotesquely big).

So maybe I will begin focusing on those weaknesses and looking ways to strengthen those exercises.

Also started a new supplement, fish oil, for Omega 3.  So before I started this workout I was taking nothing daily, now I take allopurinol, 2 multivitamins, and fishoil.  Also not daily but almost regularly take ibuprofen.
