I’m almost back

Actually I think I’m just a bit out of shape.

Let me preface that yesterdays post was actually today.  What happened is after dinner last night I went to bed thinking I was going to take a short nap.  Next thing I know its 4AM.

In short I had a good good sleep.

I think that gave me a boost I needed.  Today my workout was awesome.  It was a mostly cardio workout (some weights) but I did burn quite a bit.  I started of with the treadmill for 10 minutes where I burned about 200 calories.  Then I went to the bike for 10 where a burned 147 and to the elliptical where I burned another 127.

After some weights I went back on the treadmill for 40 minutes and burned over 450 calories.

I new 75 more would push me over 1000 calories so I decided to just do it.  And so I jumped on the elliptical for another 10 minutes.

Totally awesome feeling.  My left foot held, my right foot loosened up after a few minutes.

If a keep at it I should be back by end of month.  Where it gets harder.

For now, I think I need some ibuprofen.
