Yesterday I ran 1/2 mile and walked 3 1/2, kind of long. I thing it would be easier to split it up. So I will try the first 2 miles in the morning and another 2 miles in the evening.
I remember run the entire 4 miles and hope I can get to that level by end of year.
Also I decided to standardize on a morning weigh in, 3 peices of clothing, shirt, short, underwear. After.. er… my morning drop off of the “kids” and I don’t mean the 2 boys and 2 girls I have.
Today’s weigh in 296.5 (how did it go up overnight, whatever, its the trend not the weight right?)
