Today marks the end of the 7th month that I am into this training. What a long way. I am pretty bummed that I will probably not make my goal of 190. But I still can make a goal of less than 220 be the year anniversary.
Anyway, I am taking it easy, I can walk farther and my right foot is getting stronger. I think I will make my goal of running next week.
