Feeling better but not there yet

My foot feels better, it flares up a little but it is still tender.

I think in a week I will be back running, but not before Christmas.  I am so behind my schedule.

But I have been here before, before I started this blog, I was out because of a sprain in my foot from hiking up a hill.  After that, I had an incredible weight loss run.
