It is begining to look more and more like my foot will be holding me back for a few more days. There is hope, this morning my foot didn’t hurt as much when I got up.
Just need to watch what I eat and maintain. I talked to Stephanie today and she said when I resume workouts it is going to be interesting.
So the only way I can really manage weight now is via diet. The wrong diet can reaggravate my foot. Doing stupid stuff like skipping breakfast, eating garbage for a mid morning snack and skipping lunch may keep me in the calorie count but hurt my overall recovery.
