Today I did not run outside due to safety issues. Recall that my left foot is in a little pain, more on that in a bid, so running on a sidewalk or road where it is slippery for both car and runner is not good idea. Instead, I did some aerobic video, and called it that.
So I stepped on a pine cone a few days ago when I was running in the dark and it really hurt my left foot. I thought it was going to go away, but lately it has been in pain. I think it may be gout triggered not by my diet but possibly by the cold weather. I have been eating well so it is hard for me to accept that it is my diet. But it could be.
Anyway, I am posting this late Saturday, I am extremely optimistic and cracking 250 tomorrow. It will be the fourth day I will be under 250 and it is a weekend, so I would have met my criteria.
