Whoa, I think this is the week

Judging by today’s weigh, I think this 4 day run will be the run that will put me under 250 permanently.  I am starting to see the positive effects of tracking my diet.

I mentioned 4 days w/ at least one of them being a weekend.

Today’s weigh in is my official weigh in.  But I did weigh in again at night and it was higher but still under 250, just barely 249.8.  Then I ate dinner so I am sure I am above 250 by now.  Hopefully I can make it though.  Tomorrow I want to do a 4+ in the morning but my left foot was hurting.  Some medication mitigates the pain though,
