Holding Steady

I thought I was going to be heavier than what I weighed in today as.  Yesterday I felt like a consumed more than I try to limit myself to.

For Breakfast I went to Starbucks and had a Grande Caramel Frap w/ a slice of Lemon Lbs cake.

I did skip lunch at work, but I did eat when I get home, some pancit and bar b q.  Not much but I don’t know how many calories to tell you it was.

For dinner my wife made me this Fried fish, a huge plate of spaghetti, and halo halo.  This screams of calories, good news is I was able to resist eating everything, I left the dinner table still hungry.  My wife understood why I did not finish my plate.

Finally, I drank tons of water.  I’m pretty sure I had my daily gallon of water.

So it was a delightful surprise when I stepped on the scale.
