Slowing down a bit today

My body is sore, it is signaling that it needs some rest.   I don’t like slowing down because I feel like I am losing this weight loss momentum. 

But I am starting to understand my body and the aches and pains at this stage means I need rest.  I will go to the gym today but I am even considering a light workout, no weights for sure but maybe just a 1 mile run and a 2 mile walk.  More than likely I will do a 2 mile run and a low incline and a 2 mile walk.
