I got up this morning to do my run and it was dark. I did run my normal route twice which is about 1.2 miles once. So I ran over 2 miles. Its starting to look like I’m going to be running mostly treadmill soon.
My time 27:02.43, I will start to track it but I won’t do a special category like the 4+.
Last night we had a wine tasting party at my place. It was fun, I got a little buzz, I wouldn’t say I got hammered or drunk like Saturday night. I felt good but there was a cost. I could not sleep. Weird, wine used to make me sleep but not this time.
Got gym this afternoon as well.
I got 12 days to get to 260. Although not the end if I don’t get there in 12 days, it will certainly get harder to reach 250 by the 20th of October, which as of today is exactly 6 weeks.
