Morning workouts do change weight

Looks like when I weigh in does matter.  Also I do feel like I am getting less bloated.

In the past 2 months I have been weighing in after my morning workout.  Yesterday was an exception, I weighed myself before my workout because I was going to work out in the gym.  That was pretty high 275.2

Today, I worked out at home by running two miles, and weighed myself after my workout, which I still prefer to do, and that seems more in line of what I think I should weigh.

Also, I would like to note it is a new month, september, I am going to say 2 mile run is now the norm.

Weight: 270.8
