Today I was feeling a little bit better, maybe because I had some sleep and did not feel bloated.
This is the first time in a long time that I ran my regular route (around the school near here) twice. I believe that is 2 miles. I’ve run two miles before but that was on the 1+3 route.
Anyway, a lot of the bloat I felt has gotten out of my system. Today’s weigh feel’s like my correct weight.
