I been pushing pretty hard lately so I think I’ll cut my body some slack and rest it a bit today.
This morning I did try to run a 1+1 but ended up doing a 1/2 + 1/2 because I had to use the bathroom again.
It’s OK I will still get my 10000 steps in because I still have to walk to the bus stop which adds 2 more miles. Also will add some pushups and situps later.
Tomorrow I may do the same workout I did yesterday which is a 1+1 in the AM, 1 hour gym, and a +2 evening.
Thursday I will go in late because I have to stay late which will make a 1+3 appropriate.
Friday I will do the same workout as Mon and Wed this week.
I am not too worried about my weight, I know it can drop with a good long workout and a drank a lot of water yesterday.
