Still busy and I was up late working. I really had to sleep in. But I did get a good workout in the afternoon.
Anyway, the past few weeks I was thinking about what I will do after the Marathon.
Some say I should continue the blog, others say to try Yoga, I have been shown another workout schedule.
Hmm I may do em all.
But the next focus will not be weight loss and distance running, I think it will be strength and speed.
