I got up this morning, not really dreading my run but feeling lazy. I knew that I did a little extra yesterday so I felt like I deserved another break.
Still I persevered and got myself out there. I started my run and felt, just one. But halfway through my first lap I got into the groove. My second lap was noticeably faster than my second lap.

Point being, that you sometimes just got to get out there. The first 10 minutes are the hardest.
