1000 in 1 hour

Today was my thousand calorie workout.  I rarely make 1000 calories in an hour (usually a few minutes over)  but I was able to do it all on a the treadmill without the cool down phase.   (Side note, there was an error on the treadmill that stopped the belt right after my hour run).  I did it at about 5.2 MPH and at first a low incline then pushed it.  I think this is the first time I did it.

After, I did do some arm workouts to make up for the Friday I missed my gym workout.  (Recall I ran 14 miles instead)
