Paying for insomnia

Yesterday I could not make it.  I had to go home early from work and I slept.

Thus I missed my gym workout.

But I did make some of it up today, after burning about 740 calories on the treadmill and over 300 on the elliptical, I decided to use the dumbells and work my chest.

Not a full workout like what I would have had at the gym but enough.

I jumped on the scale at work and wow, was at 245

Too bad, this is the official weight

Weight: 250.8
